Air fryer chocolate walnut brownie
An ultra-melt-in-your-mouth brownie that's easy to prepare and baked in no time is possible thanks to your Air Fryer! With simple ingredients you're sure to have in your cupboards, all you have to do is follow the steps and let the magic happen. The little extra? Air Fryer cooking ensures perfect texture and even cooking in record time. Enjoy lukewarm or cold, as you like, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a touch of whipped cream for even more deliciousness ;)

- Salad bowl
- whisk
- spatula
- mould 5,5 x 8,5 inches / 14 x 22 cm
- Air fryer (here Ninja Foodi Flex 10.4 L AF500EU)
Preparation
Whisk the eggs vigorously with the sugar.
Add the salt and flour and mix well.
Melt the butter with the chocolate
Add the melted chocolate and butter to the mixture. Mix until smooth.
* Save a knob of butter for buttering the mold.
Chop the walnuts and add to the mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased mould.
Place the mold in the Air Fryer tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 320°F/160°C.
Leave the brownie to cool slightly outside the Air Fryer (about 10 minutes).
And now it's ready! Enjoy it hot or cold, with ice cream or whipped cream!

What's the best accompaniment for a brownies?
We recommend a scoop of vanilla ice cream (even better if your brownies is a little warm), a caramel coulis, whipped cream, or even compote!
Which nuts to add to a brownies?
You can use chopped walnuts like we did, but also your favorite nuts like roasted hazelnuts, roasted almonds, pistachios or pecans. Feel free to vary :-)
What kind of chocolate to use in a brownies?
We used dark chocolate, but you can use milk, white or ruby. You can also mix them. Don't hesitate to reuse any Christmas, Valentine's or Easter chocolates still lying around in your cupboard!
Adjust the amount of sugar according to the chocolate you're going to use ;-)
How do I store a brownies?
You can keep them wrapped in cling film in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Can I freeze the brownies?
You can freeze this brownies without any problem. Don't forget to cut it into slices if you want to eat it gradually!
