Grind coconut in blender and strain thick coconut milk and thin coconut milk.
Mix thin coconut milk, milk, condensed milk and heat. Mix well.
Add thick coconut milk and boil.
Add equal amount of water to gelatin and bloom.
Double boil gelatin till liquified and add to milk mixture.
Heat it for some time. Add vanilla essence.
Allow to cool. Refrigerate for 5 hours atleast. Serve with praline.
