Diamond spiral shortbread
Craving something sweet? Treat yourself to our spiral-shaped diamond shortbread cookies :-) This super-easy recipe requires just 3 ingredients: shortbread dough, white sugar and brown sugar. Have fun making these pretty spirals with the kids at snack time :-) A great idea when you don't know what to do with the shortcrust pastry lying around in the fridge ;-)

- Unroll the shortbread dough. Sprinkle white sugar over the entire surface.
- Roll up the dough again and chill for 10 minutes to harden (it will be easier to cut).
- Cover the rolled-out shortcrust pastry with brown sugar and pat down so that the sugar sticks to the pastry.
- Cut slices about 1 cm thick and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the oven for 15-20 min at 340°F/170°C. Shortbread should be lightly browned and caramelized. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. All set!
