Place the cream, mascarpone, and sweetened condensed milk in the Ninja Creami jar.
Mix well (you can use a spoon or an immersion blender). Close the jar and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
Remove the lid and place the container in the machine. Select "Scoop" mode, then "Ice cream" mode.
If your ice cream is still too icy, you can select the "Ice Cream" or "Frozen Yogurt" mode again to make it creamier.
The ice cream is ready when it reaches this consistency. You can enjoy it right away or put it in the freezer (by closing the container or transferring it to an airtight container).
Serve in a bowl and add caramel and chopped Daim bars. It's ready!
FAQ ❓
What makes this McFlurry different from store-bought versions?
This homemade version allows you to control the ingredients, ensuring a fresher taste and the ability to customize the sweetness and crunch with your preferred amount of caramel and Daim pieces. Our ice cream isn't overly sweet, given the sugary toppings; however, you can adjust the amount of condensed milk to suit your taste.
Can I use a different type of cream instead of heavy cream?
While heavy cream provides the best texture, you can experiment with alternatives like half-and-half or coconut cream, but the consistency may vary.
How long does it take to prepare the homemade Daim McFlurry?
The preparation time is only 5 minutes, but you need to freeze the mixture for 24 hours before enjoying your McFlurry.
Is it possible to make this recipe without a Ninja Creami?
Yes, you can use a traditional ice cream maker; just follow the same steps and churn according to your machine's instructions.
