• 150g cold butter 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 4 pears
• 100g ground sugar
• 1 tablespoon jam
• 100 g butter at room temperature
• 2 eggs
• lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of white flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 150ml water
• 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 50 g almond flakes
• 70 g ground sugar
