Try this easy, fruity, crisp dessert! This tart is made with puff pastry, applesauce, and delicious summer fruit. With our folding technique, explained in the video, you can shape your dessert like a star and add a touch of originality. Guaranteed to impress ;-)

Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry
1 egg
3 tbsp applesauce
2 peaches
2 apricots
11 raspberries
11 blueberries
A few mint leaves

Unroll the puff pastry and cut 8 slits (about 4 cm each) along the edges.
Spread the apple purée over the puff pastry, then fold the cut edges to form triangles. Press the tips to seal them.
Wash and slice the peaches and apricots into thin slices, then arrange the slices side by side against the base of the triangles. Brush the triangles with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Let cool, then place the raspberries and blueberries in the center of the tart. Add some mint leaves among the fruits.
It's ready!
