Try this easy, fruity, and crispy dessert! A tart made with puff pastry, apple purée, and delicious summer fruits. With our folding technique explained in the video, you can give your dessert the shape of a star, adding a touch of originality to your preparation. Guaranteed "wow" effect ;-)

Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp apple purée
• 2 peaches
• 2 apricots
• 11 raspberries
• 11 blueberries
• some mint leaves

• 1 brush

Preparation

• Unroll the puff pastry and cut 8 slits (about 4 cm each) along the edges.
• Spread the apple purée over the puff pastry, then fold the cut edges to form triangles. Press the tips to seal them.
  
• Wash and slice the peaches and apricots into thin slices, then arrange the slices side by side against the base of the triangles. Brush the triangles with the beaten egg.
• Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Let cool, then place the raspberries and blueberries in the center of the tart. Add some mint leaves among the fruits.
  
• It's ready!
