When there are Easter eggs left and you don't know what to do with them !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 7
4 oz butter

4 oz brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt

1,5 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

16 colored chocolate Easter eggs

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Easter cookies
    Mix the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and the vanilla extract. Then, add the salt, the flour, the baking powder to form a ball with the dough.
  • Step 2 - Easter cookies
    Make littles balls (about 16) with the dough and put them on a baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes at 280°F (140°C).
  • Step 3 - Easter cookies
    Take the cookies out of the oven and add the eggs on top. Leave to cool down during about 10 minutes.
  • Step 4 - Easter cookies
    That's it !

Observations:

You can use the easter eggs you have at home !
