Braised Chinese Mushrooms with Roast Pork
Preparation

Soak dried mushrooms until soft or soak overnight and cook it the next day.

Slightly squeeze excess water from soft mushrooms. Remove stems with scissors and discard.

Heat wok with 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, stir fry mushrooms until aromatic and add roast pork fry well.

Lastly pour in 3 cups mushrooms liquid and bring to boil then add rock sugar. Lower heat and simmer 1 1/2 hour and add salt.

When the mushrooms water beginning dries up a little add the balance 1/2 cup of mushrooms water into it.

Garnish cooked mushrooms and roast pork with some lettuce on serving plate and serve.
