Destring each broad bean or tear into 2 inch pieces.
In a pressure cooker / pan heat oil and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and once they start to crackle add curry leaves followed by broad beans and tomatoes.
Mixin lima beans and corn. Add a little salt and turmeric, mix in and close the cooker lid.
Remove the cooker from heat just after one whistle. Once the pressure is gone, open the lid and cook under high heat until the curry gets required consistency.
Add red chilli powder and salt to your taste. Finish it off with loads of chopped cilantro.
