- METHOD:
*Wash the broccoli under cold running water,shake off excess water and cut into medium florets.Arrange them in a steamer,sprinkle some salt and cook until fork tender.Cool and chop them roughly.
*Heat the oil in a kadai.Add mustard seeds&let them splutter.Add dry red chillies&curry leaves,fry for a few seconds till crisp.
*Now add prepared coconut mixture followed by chopped broccoli&cooked moong bean.Sprinkle some warer(3-4tbs)&enough salt.Cover&simmer for 5-6minutes,stirring every minute
*Remove from heat&Serve hot with rice...

The oil used to tamper the dish is not correct. The temp. resistivity of oil is very low hence got fumes and that causes oil carcinogen. Not eco friendly. Otherwise gefore oil temp. its very healthy dish.
