In the pot, place the ingredients in this order:
the tagliatelle, then the broccoli florets.Add the smoked salmon cut into pieces, the crushed garlic clove, the cream, the cold water, and the pepper.
Place the pot over medium heat and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring very regularly. At the end of cooking, there should be a slight amount of liquid left; this is normal.
