Super-easy broccoli pasta to get kids excited about vegetables, no material required!
Pasta with broccoli is the perfect way to introduce vegetables to young and old alike! With its lovely green color and melt-in-your-mouth texture, it's both comforting and light on the plate. Can't believe it? Wait until you try this simple and tasty recipe, which puts the emphasis on vegetables without sacrificing taste :) Here, the broccoli, steamed to preserve all its goodness and taste, goes wonderfully well with a quick butter and Parmesan sauce! In just a few minutes, you'll have creamy, well-seasoned pasta!
Ingredients

- frying pan
- cling film
Preparation
Steam the broccoli and place in the chopper.
Add flour and salt.
Blend to a paste.
Flour the work surface and shape the dough into a ball.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
*If your dough is a little sticky, you can flour it a little to make it easier to handle.Bring water to the boil in a large pot with salt. Cut the pasta with a chisel over the top of the pot and leave to cook.
When the pasta rises to the surface, drain.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the pasta.
*You can toast the pasta to taste.
Add pepper and Parmesan and stir.
And now it's ready!
*We added more Parmesan because we love it.
Observations
Can this pasta be made with other vegetables?
Yes, you can use any vegetable you like, such as carrots or squash. Remember to drain your vegetables well before mixing them with the flour.
What sauce can I use for this pasta?
You can fry it in a little butter and add Parmesan cheese, as we did, or enjoy it with pesto, for example!
Can you make other shapes of pasta?
You can shape the dough into a sausage and then make gnocchi. They'll be cooked when they float to the surface of the pot.
You can also laminate the dough to make lasagne or tagliatelle... Be sure to flour your dough well to prevent it from sticking.
