- Grind coconut and tomatoes to fine paste. Heat oil, add mustard and cumin.
- When it splutters add onion and saute it. When golden brown add butter beans, coconut paste, turmeric powder, sambhar powder, water and salt.
- Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Transfer it to serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves.
