- Heat oil in pan, add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, saute till it turns brown.
- Add onion and saute till it turns soft. Now add the chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chicken pieces, salt and little water and let it boil for sometime. Simmer and cook it the chicken becomes tender and completely cooked.
- Saute at regular interval till all the water evaporates and the gravy appears thick. Serve hot.
