Flammekueche, a bacon and onion tart - video recipe!
Like carbonara? Try this French Alsatian tart, covered with cream, bacon and onions.
Preparation

Roll out the pizza dough and put it on a baking tray.

Mix the cream with the cream cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and spread this on the dough.

Arrange the uncooked bacon on it.

Minced the onions and quickly cook them in a pan with butter. Take them out when they start to be transparent.

Arrange them on the Flammekueche, and bake for 13 minutes at 440°F (230°C).

There you are, your Flammekueche is ready!
