Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Tiger Prawns - 10 - 12 nos

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Salt - as per taste

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Oil - 2 tsp and for frying

Preparation

  • Clean the prawns and set aside.Mix all the ingredients and make a paste.
  • Marinate prawns with this paste and keep aside for 1hr.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated prawns for 6-7 minutes. Drain it on absorbent paper.
