Vazhapoo poriyal/ Banana flower poriyal
Preparation

In a hot pan add oil then mustard, jeera , dal and then onion and saute for a while with salt and turmeric.

Add Vazhai poo and cook to soften them and thenadd red chili powder .
-
Cook valai poo dry in high flame and stir often to reduce carbonization.
-
Serve hot.
