• 2 cups cabbage
• 1 red pepper
• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons onion flakes
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
