Simple cabbage soup
After a few culinary excesses, there's nothing like a good cabbage soup to make your stomach feel better!

Sauté the minced onion and garlic clove in olive oil.
Before the onions colour too much, add the finely diced carrots and potatoes.
Add the chopped cabbage half and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper, and add the stock cube.
Bring to the boil and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Serve immediately. And there you are, your cabbage soup is ready!
