Chicken and chinese cabbage stir fry with hot bean paste

This spicy chicken recipe is simple, easy and quick, yet delicious.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
2 whole chicken legs (deboned and sliced)

1 big onion (peeled and sliced)

1/2 small Chinese cabbage (washed and cut)

4 spring onions (washed and cut)

2 teaspoons Korean hot bean paste

2 teaspoons brown sugar

fried ginger oil

Preparation

  • Fry the onions and chicken. Heat up some fried ginger oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and fry for a while. Add the chicken pieces and keep stirring.
  • Add all ingredients. When they are half cooked, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and cover.
  • Let it cook for a while, maybe about 5 minutes. Give a quick stir and dish up to a plate and serve hot.
  • It goes great with rice.
