Japanese melon pan with creamy chocolate filling

Preparation
- Combine all the main dough ingredients to form a soft dough, then leave to rest for an hour or untill double the size.
- Punch to release air from dough and slightly knead the soft dough untill smooth.
- Divide dough into 12 portion and wrap in the chopped chocolate.
- Seal and place it to the baking tray.
