  • Air Fryer cinnamon apple chips - Preparation step 1Wash then cut the apples using a mandolin (or very thin, with a knife). Remove the seeds.

    Mix the sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle the mixture over the slices.
  • Air Fryer cinnamon apple chips - Preparation step 3Lightly oil the Air Fryer, you can use a spray or a brush. Arrange the apples next to each other in the tray.

How to store cinnamon apple chips?
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. You can keep them for up to 3 days.

If you want to make this recipe with 3 apples, you will need to cook them one at a time (you will need to line the bottom of the tray and not overlap the slices).
For 1 apple, you will need to sprinkle first with sugar then with a little cinnamon.
