- Mix eggs with sugar. Then add the Pastis, vanilla extract and milk and mix well.
- Add the flour little by little. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix again before use.
- Heat a pancake pan and using a paper towel soaked in oil or melted butter, grease the pan. Pour half a ladle of batter.
- Spread the batter in the pan and let the crepes brown on each side, turning them with the spatula when the edges come off.
- There you go, your pastis crepes are ready!
