It transforms into jam that will slide into envelope-shaped cookies, sealed with a lovely heart. Not bad, right?! Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Unroll the shortcrust pastry and cut squares that are 7 cm wide.Use the leftover dough to form little hearts.
Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a diamond shape ♦
Spread some strawberry jam in the center.Fold the bottom corner towards the center, then do the same with the left and right corners.
Seal everything with a heart made of dough.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it! Your letters are ready to be gifted to your loved one!
