  • For the filling: Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and onion and fry till translucent. Add all the vegetables,salt and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar and fry for another 2 minutes. Lastly add noodles and mix well and fry for a minute and then add spring onion greens and keep aside.
  • For the Noodle-Spring Dosa : Heat a tawa, spread oil evenly on all the sides with the help of a tissue paper. When its hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly and thinly.
  • Cover it with the lid for it to become very crispy and then after 2-3 minutes put the filling at one side of it as shown in the pic.
