The perfect cookies to eat with your tea or coffee ! With a crunchy texture and naturaly gluten free and vegan !


Number of serving: 15
8 oz rice flour (235 gr)

2 oz applesauce (60 gr)

2 oz sugar (60 gr)

3.5 oz chocolate chips (100 gr)

3.5 oz margarine (100 gr)

1 tsp baking powder


  • Crush the margarine in a bowl with a fork to soften it. Add the sugar and mix until it forms a cream.
  • Add the applesauce and mix again. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix.

    If the dough is too sticky, add some flour.

    Add chocolate chips and mix again.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
    Make little balls with the dough and put them on a baking sheet . Crunch the balls with a fork (they will keep the form you'll give).
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350°F and let them cool down.
