- Peel chickpeas. It may be long and boring, but this step will make sure that your humus will be so creamy.
- In a blender, put chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Mix it all, and add some water to reach the right texture. - Pour the humus into a serving dish, and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds ! It's ready !
