Roll it up, make a few cuts, then shape it into a wreath before brushing it with egg and sprinkling it with sesame seeds. Once baked, the pastry turns beautifully golden and crispy, with a generous cheesy center. Easy to make and ready in 35 minutes, this puff pastry wreath can be placed in the middle of the table for everyone to help themselves. Enjoy it while still warm to savor the melty mozzarella ;)

⅓ cup green pesto
2½ oz mozzarella
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 egg
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Parmesan, optional

Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the pesto over the entire surface.
Top with grated mozzarella.
Add some chopped sun-dried tomatoes here and there.
Roll up the pastry lengthwise. Cut diagonal slits at regular intervals. Press the pastry between the slits using a wooden skewer.
Shape the pastry into a ring. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F/180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
There you go: it's ready! You can sprinkle some Parmesan on top right before serving to make your wreath look even better ;-)
