Spinach steamed bun with cream corn custard

Ingredients

• (A)
• 1 tbsp custard powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 can cream corn
• (B)
• 60 gm cornstarch/ flour
• 1-1/4 cup water

Preparation

• Combine ingredients (A) and cook over medium heat untill sugar dissolved.
• Stir in ingredients (B) and continue cooking untill thickened.
• Leave aside to be cooling.
