Brigadeiro with peanuts, a delicious brazilian delicacy
The peanut brigadeiro is a delicious variation on the traditional chocolate brigadeiro that's also a must-have for birthday parties, wedding parties or any other special event in Brazil. Preparation
Place the butter, condensed milk and peanut butter in the saucepan.
Stir over medium heat. Continue stirring with the spatula until the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the pan and becomes a little thicker.
Once the brigadeiro is ready, place on a plate and allow to cool completely.
Grease hands with a little butter and shape into balls.
Then decorate them with crushed peanuts and place them in the small moulds.
All you have to do is enjoy!
