  • Grease a cake pan and sprinkle some flour. Preheat the oven at 170-180 C.
  • In mixing bowl, sift the ingredients marked . Add sugar and stir well.
  • Enter the remaining ingredients (except vinegar) and then stir well with a wooden spoon / spatula. Stir clockwise.
  • Strain the mixture to another bowl. Add vinegar and immediately stir for 20 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on the type of oven).
  • Once baked, leave the cake to cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge.
  • For chocolate ganache:
    Heat heavy cream until it boils. Turn off flame. Add chopped cooking chocolate n stir quickly. Finally add butter and mix well. Leave it to cool at room temperature for few hours before use.
