Ingredients

• 1 cup wheat flour
• 1 / 3 cup dark cocoa powder (any cocoa should be okey)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
• 3 / 4 cup granulated sugar (grinded smooth)
• 1 / 3 cup vegetable cooking oil / corn oil
• 3 / 4 cup hot coffee
• 1 / 3 cup of fresh milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon vinegar / lemon juice

For chocolate ganache:

• 500 g cooking chocolate (finely chopped)
• 300 g heavy cream
• 30 g butter

Preparation

• Grease a cake pan and sprinkle some flour. Preheat the oven at 170-180 C.
• In mixing bowl, sift the ingredients marked . Add sugar and stir well.
• Enter the remaining ingredients (except vinegar) and then stir well with a wooden spoon / spatula. Stir clockwise.
• Strain the mixture to another bowl. Add vinegar and immediately stir for 20 seconds.
• Pour mixture into cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on the type of oven).
• Once baked, leave the cake to cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge.
• For chocolate ganache:
  Heat heavy cream until it boils. Turn off flame. Add chopped cooking chocolate n stir quickly. Finally add butter and mix well. Leave it to cool at room temperature for few hours before use.
