Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour; 1 / 3 cup dark cocoa powder (any cocoa should be okey); 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda; 1 / 4 teaspoon salt; 3 / 4 cup granulated sugar (grinded smooth); 1 / 3 cup vegetable cooking oil / corn oil; 3 / 4 cup hot coffee; 1 / 3 cup of fresh milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 teaspoon vinegar / lemon juice; 500 g cooking chocolate (finely chopped); 300 g heavy cream; 30 g butter

Grease a cake pan and sprinkle some flour. Preheat the oven at 170-180 C.
In mixing bowl, sift the ingredients marked . Add sugar and stir well.
Enter the remaining ingredients (except vinegar) and then stir well with a wooden spoon / spatula. Stir clockwise.
Strain the mixture to another bowl. Add vinegar and immediately stir for 20 seconds.
Pour mixture into cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on the type of oven).
Once baked, leave the cake to cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge.
For chocolate ganache:
Heat heavy cream until it boils. Turn off flame. Add chopped cooking chocolate n stir quickly. Finally add butter and mix well. Leave it to cool at room temperature for few hours before use.
