Express crumble tart with red berries
Crumble, this crispy dessert that we love to enjoy a little warm when the temperatures cool down :-) We made a tart version for even more indulgence with a crunchy shortcrust pastry to change from the classic apple crumble ! This super easy to make dessert will be perfect for a Sunday meal with the family, or as a snack, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :-) Follow the steps of this recipe step by step ↓↓

Prepare the crumble:
Start by mixing the flour, almond meal and sugar.
Add the cold butter cut into small pieces and crumble the dough with your fingers.
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish. Spread almond meal in the tart base. Cover with the red berries.
Sprinkle with brown sugar (put more or less sugar depending on your taste, red berries are quite acidic).
Cover with the crumble mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 to 45 minutes depending on whether you like the crumble lightly or golden brown.
And there you are, your crumble tart is ready! Let it cool well before eating.
