Green Tea Sponge Pancake with Durian Ice Cream
Simple delicious dessert. Very versatile and suitable to serve anytime of the day!
Preparation

Separate the eggs and beat egg whites until frothy and add in sugar and beat until medium stiff peaks.

Put in egg yolks and mix. Sift in flour & green tea powder and fold into the eggs.

Heat a 9 inch non-stick pan on medium fire and put in 1/2 tsp butter. Swirl it around to coat and pour the excess into batter.

Lightly fold the batter to incorporate. Turn heat to medium low and pour in all the batter.

Cover with lid and cook until sides look golden, and center of pancake is almost cooked.

Flip into half or flip onto plate and serve with ice cream and decorated with slice strawberry.
