Melt the milk chocolate and combine it with the chocolate puffed rice. Transfer into a springform pan lined with parchment paper on the bottom and rhodoid on the edges. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Whisk the mascarpone with the very cold cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Chop the 3 Kinder Bueno bars.
Pour 1/3 of the cream over the chocolate crust and level it with a spatula. Add half of the chopped Kinder Bueno and distribute evenly.
Repeat the process and finish with the remaining cream. Refrigerate for 3 hours, then freeze for 45 minutes.
Decorate with chocolate shavings and a Kinder Bueno. Enjoy!
