- Melt the milk chocolate and combine it to the chocolate puffed rice. Transfer into a springform pan with parchment paper on the bottom and rhodoid on the edges. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Whisk the mascarpone with the cold cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Chop the 3 Kinder Bueno.
- Pour 1/3 of the cream on the chocolate crust and level it with a spatula. Add half of the Kinder on top.
- Repeat the operation then finish with cream. Refrigerate for 3 hours and then freeze for 45 minutes.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings and a Kinder Bueno. There you are !
