Pre-cut the parsley, sun-dried tomatoes and goat's cheese.
Place a tablespoon of heavy cream in the bottom of the ramekin, then add the sun-dried tomatoes, goat's cheese and parsley.
Break the egg into the ramekin (taking care not to break the yolk). Add a few pieces of goat's cheese and season with pepper.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer in "Airfry" mode at 320°F/160°C for 8 minutes.
And now your eggs are ready to eat!

You can replace them with grilled peppers, or grilled eggplants, for example!
What can I use instead of goat's cheese?
You can replace it with the cheese of your choice, but we love this version with feta too!
Can these eggs cocotte be prepared in the oven?
Of course, just pop them into the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
Can I prepare the eggs in advance and reheat them?
It's best to serve the eggs fresh, but you can reheat them lightly in an air fryer for a few minutes, keeping a close eye on them to prevent the yolk from cooking.
