- Heat up oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves and let them crackle. Add pinch of asafoetida and chopped onion. Saute till onion becomes translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute for few seconds.
- Now add cabbage and salt to taste. Saute for a minutes and add soaked soya chunks to it. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and lime juice. Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
- Finally add cooked rice and mix well. Add frozen green peas, chopped cilantro and let rice simmer on low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with raita or pickle.

A very simple dish to prepare n it really tastes good
