Long Beans - 15 nos

Shallots- 5

Green chilli - 3

Preparation

  • Wash and remove top and tail of the beans.
  • Cut them length wise. In a thick bottomed pan add long beans, salt, green chillies and little water.
  • Cover and cook it on low fame. Meanwhile heat oil in another pan and saute the chopped shallots for 4 minutes.
  • Add curry leaves. Add the cooked long beans and stir it for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with rice.
