Turkish meatballs - köfte
vote now
Today we're off on a culinary journey to Turkey with a classic of Turkish cuisine: Köfte! These delicious, super-flavored minced meatballs are traditionally served on skewers or patties with pita bread, which you can easily make yourself. We opted to bake them in the oven to obtain a meat that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but you can also grill them :-) Don't hesitate to accompany these meatballs with a fresh yoghurt sauce for an aperitif, for example!
