- Sift the dry ingredients.
- Chop the nuts roughly. Cream the oil, butter, egg and honey in a bowl.
- Now slowly add in the dry ingredients. Then fold in the pistachios.
- Form a ball then cover. Allow to rest in the fridge for about half hour. Form balls from the dough, about the size of walnuts.
- Roll each ball in the sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake for about 12m at 350°F - 180°C. Once golden, remove from the oven and brush each cookie with rose petal jam.
