Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry
• 20 gr butter
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 800 gr apricots

Preparation

• Unroll the pastry sheet. Melt the butter and apply it on the puff pastry (leaving a 1 cm border). Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp brown sugar.
• Halve the apricots, core them and cut them into 4 slices then arrange them side by side. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top.
  
• Bake the tart during 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
