- Unroll the pastry sheet. Melt the butter and apply it on the puff pastry (leaving a 1 cm border). Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp brown sugar.
- Halve the apricots, core them and cut them into 4 slices then arrange them side by side. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top.
- Bake the tart during 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- That's it !
