Ingredients

• 80 g sugar
• 100 g softened butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 organic lemons
• 125 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt

Materials

• 20x20 cm square mold

Preparation

• Mix the sugar and the softened butter. Add the eggs and mix well.
• Zest the lemons and add them to the batter along with the lemon juice. Then incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
  
• Pour the batter into a greased square mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Check for doneness.
• Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding. Decorate with lemon slices. Enjoy!
