- Mix the sugar and the softened butter. Add the eggs and mix well.
- Remove the zest from the lemons and add them to the batter with the lemon juice. Add the flour, the baking powder and tht salt and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a squared mold and bake it during 20 min at 180°C (350°F).
- Let it cool down and unmold. Decorate it with lemon slices ;-)
