How to store msemmen?

When your crêpes have cooled, place them in a tea towel at room temperature.
Of course you can freeze the msemmen! Don't hesitate to make plenty in one go!
Put them in a hot frying pan, cook for 2 minutes, add a little water and cover for 2 minutes.
We love them with honey for breakfast, as a snack... and with a chilli filling to accompany a dish!
Preferably use all purpose flour, which makes the dough more elastic.
Use the finest semolina possible!
