Gobi Cauliflower Manchurian
Preparation

Mix cornflour , maida, salt, and chilli powder together
Add ginger garlic paste to the mixture

Make the four mixture to a thick batter, thick enough to coat the cauliflower

Heat oil in a kadai and add the florets dipped in the batter and deep fry

Keep the deep fried florets seperately
Add tomato sauce to the kadai along with soya sauce

Allow it to boil for sometime
Add chopped ginger and garlic to the tomato sauce
Add salt
If needed u can add some water

Then to get a thick consistency add the cornflour mixed with water to the tomato sauce mixture

Finally add those deep fried florets to the sauce and garnish with spring onions.
