- Mix cornflour , maida, salt, and chilli powder together
 Add ginger garlic paste to the mixture
- Make the four mixture to a thick batter, thick enough to coat the cauliflower
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the florets dipped in the batter and deep fry
- Keep the deep fried florets seperately
 Add tomato sauce to the kadai along with soya sauce
- Allow it to boil for sometime
 Add chopped ginger and garlic to the tomato sauce
 Add salt
 If needed u can add some water
- Then to get a thick consistency add the cornflour mixed with water to the tomato sauce mixture
- Finally add those deep fried florets to the sauce and garnish with spring onions.
