  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a fork.
  • Cut your round brick pastry sheets in half.
  • Take a semicircle of brick pastry sheet and place it on a flat surface (like a cutting board) and fold the rounded part towards the flat part to form a strip.
  • Place a tablespoon of your mackerel filling at the corner of this strip. Fold the top left corner down to form a triangle. Then fold the bottom part up to continue creating your samosa. Repeat this process until you reach the end of the strip. Seal the samosa by tucking the remaining pastry into the fold.
  • Place your samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 390°F/200°C.
    And there you have it, your samosas are ready!
