1 firm head of Iceberg lettuce
Your favorite creamy dressing, like Blue Cheese, Ranch, Buttermilk, etc. (store-bought or homemade)
12 strips of bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
Tomato wedges, boiled egg wedges, crumbled blue cheese (optional)
