  • Mix mashed potato, beans , carrot,ginger, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt
    and knead to a smooth dough.
    Dissolve corn flour in water
    Take a ball from potato mixture, flatten it to a desire shape, dip in corn flour water, roll in bread crumbs.
    Heat oil, deep fry the cutlets until golden brown.
    Serve with tomato sauce.
