Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
1/4 (about 400g) caulis - cut into florets and steamed/boiled till tender

3/4 cup bread crumbs

4 shallots - chopped

1 red chili - chopped

1 green chili - chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

1-2 sprigs coriander leaves - chopped/shredded

Salt for taste

Oil for frying

Preparation

  • Mash boiled caulis and incorporate with the rest of the ingredients.

    Take small portions of the mixture and shape into cutlets or rolls.

    Deep fry and drain over kitchen towel.
