Preparation
- Fry the onion with a drizzle of olive oil. Then add the still-frozen peas and cook 1 minute.
- Now add 1 cup of water to the pan with the peas and cook for 7 minutes.
- Transfer the peas and onion to the blender jug (even the remaining cooking water). Add the mint leaves, a sprinkle of pepper and blend.
- Pour the preparation into a bowl and add the crumbled feta, bread crumbs, egg, sesame seeds and salt. Then mix well.
- When the mixture is smooth, incorporate the flour (1 tablespoon at a time) as well.
- Line the basket of the air fryer with baking paper and spray them with olive oil. Take a spoonful of preparation and lay it directly on the baking paper to form the pea patties.
- Fill the basket as much as you have room to spare (remember to space them apart), then bake for 11 minutes at 350°F (180°C) in air fry mode.
- Arrange them on a tray and let them cool a few minutes before serving. The pea and feta meatballs in air fryer are ready!
