Spicy indian style corn on crackers

1 onion finely chopped

1 small capsicum finely chopped

2 small tomato finely chopped

1 cup boiled american sweet corn

1 tsp pav bhaji masala

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

2 tbsp cream

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves + for garnising

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp oil

salt to taste


  • Heat butter, oil in a pan, add onion and fry till translucent.
  • Add capsicum, tomato and fry till it leaves out oil and then add sweet corn and fry for 1-2 min.
  • Add pav bhaji masala , garam masala, chilli powder and fry for a min and then add tomato ketchup and fry till everything gets blended well.
  • Then add milk, cream & salt and fry till it is dry and then add coriander leaves and then keep aside.
  • Arrange the garlic crackers on a serving plate, put 2 tsp filling on it and garnish with coriander and then serve immediately.
