These pie pops are mini pies shaped like lollipops. Very easy to make, they offer a fun and original presentation. For Valentine's Day, we propose heart-shaped pie pops to melt your loved one's heart! You will need a cardboard heart and wooden skewers as materials.

Ingredients

• 1 can of tuna
• 4 Tbsp tomato sauce
• 100g ham (cut into pieces)
• 50g grated cheese (like Emmental)
• 1 egg
• sesame seeds
• 1 pie crust

Materials

• cardboard heart, wooden skewers

Preparation

• Roll out the pastry. Place the cardboard heart on top.
  Cut around the edges with the tip of a knife.
  Do the same for the entire pastry.
• Remove the hearts and place them on a baking tray.
  Insert the wooden skewers, pressing down with your fingers for better stability.
  
• Mix #1: tomato sauce + tuna.
  Mix #2: ham + grated cheese.
  Once the mixtures are ready, fill the hearts.
• Cover with the remaining pastry hearts.
  Press the edges with your fingers.
  
• Seal them with a fork.
• Brush with egg yolk.
  
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
  Let cool and enjoy!
