These pie pops are mini pies shaped like lollipops. Very easy to make, they offer a fun and original presentation. For Valentine's Day, we propose heart-shaped pie pops to melt your loved one's heart! You will need a cardboard heart and wooden skewers as materials.

Roll out the pastry. Place the cardboard heart on top.
Cut around the edges with the tip of a knife.
Do the same for the entire pastry.

Mix #2: ham + grated cheese.
Once the mixtures are ready, fill the hearts.
Cover with the remaining pastry hearts.
Press the edges with your fingers.
Seal them with a fork.
Brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
